SMF has premises well suited for the purpose. Lay out of shop area is designed for ideal material flow; raw materials in from one end and completed unit out from the other end of the workshop. Necessary stock for components is built just near the assembly area in order to minimize the loss of productive working hours. Each production/assembly cell has its own 500kg jib crane to ensure trouble-free production. Further two bridge-type cranes move over the whole shop area with total lifting capacity of 16,5 tons.Fair sized 9m x 5m overhead door does not set limits to the size of unit.
Total shop area of 3000 m2 is divided into:
- Steel production department 2250 m2
- Electric department 125 m2
- Paint premises 125 m2
- Office area/dressing rooms 500 m2
- Steel Master has necessary machinery for manufacturing modular piping units and ensuring cost effective production.
